Meenakshi Ganju, the founder and Managing Director of HRPD brings 20 years of experience -   key HR and training roles, backed by experience in sales & marketing - to bring a deep understanding of an organization’s HR and business needs. A gold medallist MBA from the Andhra University with a bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, her industry insight and people management skills brings forth an added advantage to the services that HRPD offers to its clienteles.

EXPERIENCE CREDENTIALS:

Before setting up HRPD, Meenakshi in her last corporate job served as VP- HR & Training, responsible for all aspects of HR & Training at SIRO Clinpharm, a well-known clinical trials firm working closely with many pharma majors. Before SIRO, her cross-functional experience spanned companies such as Omnitech, ORG and L&T Infotech.

Understanding business objectives and aligning Human Resources initiatives with overall business goals and firms strategy has been her forte. Proven ability to influence and counsel managers at all levels regarding change management, strategic business and human resources issues, company policies, rewards strategies and manpower planning, to name few.
