Purchase - Inventory Executive

The person would be responsible for • Work directly with pharmacy department managers and buyers to proactively plan and overcome any back-order or shortage scenerio related to medications and pharmacy supplies across the system • Monitoring in-ward and out-ward material movement • Responsible for management of purchasings and procuring of medications as per physicians' requirements • Managing accurate physical inventories as needed - Should be able to do inventory managment by reviewing of stock analysis and physically verifying the same & doing timely material reconciliation • Maintain list of efficient approved vendors; follow up with them for timely and scheduled deliveries such that there is no shortage of stock at any given point of time. • Ensure optimum utilisation of storage space • Ensuring no generation of dead stock
