Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager - Channel Sales & Sales Operations

• Channel Sales: • Developing and implementing channel sales strategies to increase market share. • Building and managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners. • Monitoring and improving channel performance. • Recruiting, training, and motivating channel partners. • Sales Operations: • Optimizing sales processes, procedures, and systems. • Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient fulfilment. • Prepare and issue invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. • Coordinate and manage the outbound shipment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities. • Clinical & Customer Account Management: • Maintain accurate customer records, address inquiries, and resolve discrepancies. • Perform regular reconciliations of transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies. • Regulatory & Compliance: • Advising the team on local market conditions and cultural considerations.
